Privacy policy

In short
This site has no forms, no user accounts, no analytics, no cookies of its own and no third-party content. We ask for no data and build no profile of anyone who visits. The video on the home page is hosted on this very site, so nothing is shared with Google or any other platform when you arrive.
1. Data controller
- Controller: The owner of Dreemaloo (a natural person)
- Email: hola (at) dreemaloo.com
2. What data we process
a) If you write to us
If you send an email to the contact address, we process the data you include in it (name, email address and the content of your message) for the sole purpose of replying to you and, where appropriate, maintaining any professional relationship that follows.
- Legal basis: your consent in writing to us and, where applicable, the legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.f GDPR).
- Retention: for as long as the conversation lasts and, afterwards, for the time needed to address any possible liabilities.
b) When you browse the site
We use no analytics or advertising tools. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically processes technical data (IP address, browser type, time of request) in order to serve the page and protect it from attacks.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Processor: Cloudflare, Inc.
c) The video on the home page
The home page shows a video hosted on this very site. It does not come from YouTube or any other platform: loading it shares neither your IP address nor any other data with third parties. It always plays without sound; turning it on is up to you.
3. Cookies
This site sets no cookies of any kind: none of its own, none for analytics, none for advertising and none from third parties. The only thing stored is a technical preference in your browser's local storage with the language you choose (Spanish, English or Portuguese), so you are not asked again. It stays on your device, is never sent to any server, and you can delete it whenever you like.
4. Children
Our content is made for children, but this website is aimed at adults: families, professionals and potential partners. We do not request data from children, and there is no form or registration through which a child could provide any.
The videos published on our channels are marked as made for kids on YouTube, which means the platform disables personalised advertising and comments on them.
5. Recipients and international transfers
We do not share data with third parties, other than the provider needed to run the site (hosting) and where a legal obligation requires it.
Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area. It adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and to the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission as safeguards for those transfers.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to hola (at) dreemaloo.com, stating which one you wish to exercise.
If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
7. Changes to this policy
If the way we process data changes —for example, if we one day add a form or a measurement tool— we will update this page and its date.
