In accordance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), the details of the owner of this website are as follows:

Dreemaloo is a personal children's content project. This site is purely informational and does not in itself constitute an economic activity: it sells no products or services, shows no advertising and generates no income through the website. The person responsible for the site is a natural person, identifiable in response to any legitimate request; for any communication, the contact route is the email address above, which is monitored regularly.

2. Purpose

Dreemaloo is the brand under which children's audiovisual projects are grouped, among them Pipi Pop and Oki Doki Dreams. This website is an informational shop window: it presents the brands, links to the channels and platforms where the content is published, and offers a contact route for professional collaborations.

This site sells no products or services, requires no registration and does not allow user accounts to be created.

3. Terms of use

Access to this site is free and open, and implies acceptance of this legal notice. Anyone browsing it agrees to do so in accordance with the law and not to use it for unlawful purposes or purposes harmful to third parties, nor to attempt to damage, overload or disable the site or the systems supporting it.

The trade marks Dreemaloo, Pipi Pop and Oki Doki Dreams, together with their logos and characters, are distinctive signs of the owner. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without express written permission is prohibited.

Third-party names, trade marks and logos appearing on the site (YouTube, Instagram, Spotify) belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the platforms where the content is published.

This site links to external platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Spotify), where the content is published. The owner does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies or availability. Their own terms apply when you visit them. The video on the home page is hosted on this site and does not come from third parties.

The owner endeavours to keep the published information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or the uninterrupted availability of the site, and is not liable for damages arising from its use, except where the law does not allow such liability to be excluded.

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall fall to the courts of the owner's place of residence, unless consumer legislation establishes a different jurisdiction.
